Reading Goals
~ follow the chronological reading program for my ESV Bible five days per week
~ read at least one book per month
Education Goals
~ finish the requirements for my CAPPA Pregnancy Fitness Educator certification within 12-18 months
~ audit Lisa Hall-Wilson‘s FB course
~ complete my CECs for my Personal Trainer Specialist certification
~ work on an online nutrition course
I would love to take an online photography course (it keeps coming up on Groupon), but I think it would be craziness . . . like my list of goals isn’t already craziness.

~ visit 5-10 fellow ROWers’ blogs per week
~ pop by weekly to the ROW FB pages
Fitness Goals
~ workout five times per week, including the two classes I’m teaching
~ do more cardio (The weather is getting nicer. I plan to get out and walk regularly.)
~ eat better
~ drink more water
